Quality control process

Quality Control from Drawing Review to Delivery

01

Drawing & Specification Review

Review product drawings, dimensions, material requirements, applicable standards and inspection requirements before production.

02

Material Verification

Material grades, chemical composition and relevant material documentation are reviewed according to the project specification.

03

Manufacturing Control

Manufacturing processes, machining requirements, heat treatment requirements and key technical parameters are coordinated according to the confirmed specification.

04

Product Inspection

Dimensional conformity, surface condition, hardness and other specified characteristics are inspected according to the drawing and agreed acceptance criteria.

05

NDT & Special Inspection

Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and other specified inspection methods can be coordinated when required by the product specification.

06

Final Inspection & Documentation

Final product condition, marking, quantity, packing and required inspection documentation are reviewed before shipment.
