Drawing-Based Manufacturing and Assembly

KINGRAIL produced the wheels, brake discs, bolts and fasteners according to the customer's drawings. The brake discs and wheels were connected using bolts to form the specified assemblies for the vehicle wheelset system.

The project combined component manufacturing, interface machining, bolted assembly and inspection of the completed products.

Quality control

SGS Inspection Before and After Assembly

The manufactured wheels, brake components, bolts and fasteners underwent SGS inspection before assembly. Dynamic balancing tests were also carried out. Following assembly, every completed assembly underwent final SGS inspection and passed.
